Both return and replacement are allowed as long as our product turns up to be faulty, defective, not as described, or wrongly sent. Please email us before returning, and will provide the correct address for you. For returned items, they need 1 to 3 days to be tested before proceeding replacemnt. But we will handle it as soon as possible.
